Sime Racing & Engineering and SRE Motorsport founders and Directors; Barry & Jimmy Sime have collectively well over 50 years experience in the Motor Sport Industry.
Both have competed successfully in a variety of disciplines and vehicles over the years themselves and have extensive experience of preparing and running competition vehicles in various championships and series throughout this time. They now offer the benefit of all this experience and knowledge to customers
Jimmy still holds the up to 1000cc record for the Rest & Be Thankful Hillclimb in Scotland and Barry has several Scottish and other Karting titles to his name as well as having competed at pretty much every circuit in the UK against leading drivers such as Lewis Hamilton in Single Seaters and saloons.
